Ceremony & Reception — Friday, July 5

The wedding ceremony will take place at 4 pm on Friday, July 5, 2013, in the pavilion at Black Canyon Inn, 800 MacGregor Avenue, Estes Park, Colorado. The Inn is located approximately ¾ mile north of downtown Estes Park.

The wedding reception will be held after the ceremony from 5 to 10 pm at the Twin Owls Steakhouse, located on the grounds of Black Canyon Inn. Cocktails will be served in the bar and Garden Room directly after the ceremony, with dinner following at 6 pm in the Garden Room.

If you are driving to Black Canyon Inn, please park in the lot for the Twin Owls Steakhouse on the Inn grounds; most other parking areas are restricted. Please also keep in mind that parking capacity there is limited, so you may wish to carpool.

Rehearsal — Thursday, July 4

The ceremony rehearsal will take place at Black Canyon Inn at 5:30 pm on Thursday, July 4. For the wedding party and families of the bride and groom, the rehearsal dinner will be held at 6:30 pm at the nearby Estes Park Resort. Depending on the amount of Fourth of July traffic congestion, we may elect to stroll to dinner from the Inn.

Relaxing in Boulder! — Wednesday, July 3

On Wednesday, July 3, Lisa and Eric will be spending the day and evening relaxing and hanging out in the Boulder area. If you’ll already be in Colorado then, please come and join us!

Cake Breakfast! — Saturday, July 6

We won’t be taking the remaining wedding cake back to New York after the reception, so instead we’d love to share it with you on Saturday morning. If you’re around, please come by our room at Black Canyon Inn between 9 am and noon. We’ll also have some fruit and other breakfast items, along with coffee and tea.
